Created From Belief
Milestone Football Sevens League was created from the belief that 7-on-7 football deserves more than disconnected weekends. It deserves structure, rivalries, storytelling, technology, and a true road from local competition to the national stage.
MF7L is being built as a nationwide league where every athlete, coach, team, state, and region can become part of a larger football story.

To build a connected, competitive, entertaining, and professional national 7-on-7 football league.
Vision
To create a recognized national sports platform where Boys 7-on-7, Girls 7-on-7, and Big Dawgs 5-on-5 teams can compete through meaningful seasons, represent their communities, gain exposure, and pursue championships.
