General

MF7L (Milestone Football Sevens League) is a national 7-on-7 football league built around state pride, regional rivalries, and a full-season structure with a path to a national championship.

MF7L is a true league, not a tournament circuit. Teams compete across a full 20-week season with connected results, national rankings, and a postseason — not isolated one-off events.

Players, coaches, and team owners across all 50 states. MF7L offers divisions for boys, girls, and Big Dawgs (linemen), with age categories from 10U to 18U.

Three divisions: Boys 7-on-7, Girls 7-on-7, and Big Dawgs 5-on-5.

Age categories include 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 15U, and 18U. Available brackets may differ by market and season.

Teams & Players

Team owners register their team through the MF7L app. Choose your division, claim your state, and build your roster.

Yes. Players join verified rosters through the MF7L app. Coaches and team owners manage their rosters and send invitations.

A team works toward an activated roster with at least 12 players, with the coach completing required verification and processing.

Players and coaches complete an official onboarding and verification process in the MF7L app. This ensures a level playing field with verified rosters.

Rosters are managed exclusively in the MF7L app.

Season & Competition

The MF7L season is 20 weeks across 5 phases, from intra-state battles to the national postseason. Every game contributes to rankings and the evolving season story.

The nation is divided into 6 regions: West, Central, Midwest, South Central, Southeast, and Northeast. Every state belongs to a region.

National rankings update throughout the season based on game results, strength of schedule, and performance across all phases.

Top-performing teams advance to the NFL-style postseason in Phase 5, culminating in a national championship per division.

Schedules and standings are available in the MF7L app.
